The Chronicle Award was presented to James J. Brown on the occasion of the Golden Anniversary Reunion of St. Aidan's School, Williston Park, New York, Class of 1958, on July 11, 2009, at Craig Meadow Country Club in Northport, NY, with the inscription:
“We salute you and recognize your achievement in forever memorializing our fun-filled youth in Williston Park, New York, in your novel, 'Will The Laughter Stop? Baby Boomer Chronicles.' ”
The Novel was selected as the Book of the Month and Cover feature for the Boomer Times & Senior Life Magazine of Boca Raton, FL, for June of 2008. See: www.babyboomers-seniors.com and look in their June, 2008 issue.
 On Sunday, April 27th, 2008. Author James J. Brown was in the Village of Williston Park, Long Island, NY, where Mayor Ludwig Odierna awarded him "The Keys to the Village of Williston Park" based upon his literary excellence in the novel, "Will The Laughter Stop? Baby Boomer Chronicles."
